Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is an American performer, actor, and film director. She is known for her performances in theatre as well as her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and singer best known for her recurring characters in the TV series That's So Raven. The actress received praise for her ability to play an extrovert and a bit snarky character, which some initially thought impossible because of her more serious roles previously. In 2006, she performed the role of guest star Heather as Heather in Kim Possible. It was among the first actresses to role as a voice actor. In 2011 van der Pol made a guest performance as Ronnie in The Disney Channel Original series Shake It Up. In terms of music, van der Pol worked with Raven Symone and Orlando Brown to record the That's So Raven theme for the soundtrack of the series created by Disney Channel.
